The purpose of this service is to enable the user to modify the information of an establishment.
- To modify establishment, login and click on the establishment that you wish to modify.
- Click on the Amend button next to the establishment, then click on Modify establishment.
- Click on Start Service.
- Edit the information you wish to edit and click on continue.
- Upload required documents and click on continue. Then click on submit. The application will be submitted successfully.
